[MinnowBoard] Missing MAC Address

Greetings All,

i just wanted to keep everyone informed that there appears to have been 
about 20 to 30 minnowmax boards that went out with a MAC address 
assigned. It turns out one of test station operators was interrupting 
the automated validation test on some boards and the result was that 
some boards failed to get a MAC address assigned.

i'll take the blame on this one since i didn't consider this corner case 
when writing all of the validation frame work.... i've updated the test 
to catch this going forward...
