[MinnowBoard] Quad Core MinnowBoard Max

The SoCs are in fact pin compatible, and there are general plans to do a
quad core version (probably with 4G of RAM), once we've got the B-step
version of the MinnowBoard MAXes out the door.  Best guess on time frame
for that is early next year (considering we are already into September)
