[MinnowBoard] Distro version vs peripherals support.

While the name correlation is correct and the board will indeed boot on
older kernels, the IO and DRM drivers, as well as some XHCI fixes, are not
ready for MinnowMax usage until 3.14. In PCI mode, the LPSS drivers need a
3.16 kernel, while 3.14 will suffice for ACPI mode.
