[MinnowBoard] What is the IO voltage on the low-speed connector for the MinnowBoard MAX?

the base i/o voltage on the Baytrail-I processor is 1.8V, however knowing that
most of the low speed devices that people/makers would want to use with on the
Low Speed Expansion, we included level shifters onboard. all of the i/o on the
LSE is at 3.3V.
