[MinnowBoard] What is the IO voltage on the low-speed connector for the MinnowBoard MAX?

I've been scouring the e-linux wiki and the mb.org pages and can't find anything to confirm whether the I/O voltage on the low-speed connector is 1.8V or 3.3V.  I was thinking it was 1.8, but I noticed there's a 3.3V reference pin but no 1.8V reference pin and so I'm hoping that's because it's running at 3.3V.
