[MinnowBoard] MinnowMax Design Files Now Available

Greetings All,

just wanted to drop a note to inform everyone that the MinnowMax design 
files are now up on the wiki page. All design files, include schematic, 
board layout, gerbers and bom have been uploaded. they are licensed as 
CC-BY-SA.

if you find any issues with the documents, please contact me directly to 
report them!
