[MinnowBoard] Announce: Tizen:Common booting on minnowboardmax

Hi,

Are there any minnowboard max users who dare to test Tizen:Common OS ?

This is a development image and not a proper release
but at least it's booting using EFI64
(this mean don't focus on broken stuff we have to fix too) ...

I also added some instructions to "unbrick the device"
in case you faced that early firmware trap..
