[MinnowBoard] Important - Firmware Update

My board is also not booting since last week and I was waiting for a firmware update to get this fixed. Unfortunately this firmware didn't helped at all. I used a dediprog to flash it. 

I have no output on serial interface or hdmi anymore. The two blue LEDs are on and with the power button I can toggle the second one. 
The last thing I did before the board get into this state was pressing ESC during the progress bar was on the screen. The screen got blank and I unplugged the board. 

Any help is highly appreciated!
