[MinnowBoard] Contents of MinnowBoard Max 'box'?

No SD is included. The MinnowBoard Max can boot from SD, USB 2 or 3,
Ethernet, or SATA. A slow SD card is probably all we could have justifiably
included in the box for cost reasons, and that doesn't provide a
particularly good experience relative to other high speed options available
(including a high end SD card).
