[MinnowBoard] Minnowboard Max failing to boot

Hello,
When I apply power to my MBM, two blue LEDs light up, but that is the
extent of the process. The device had been working properly previously,
but *something* obviously changed. Is there a way to reset the device
so that I can get a working UEFI shell?
