[MinnowBoard] MinnowBoard Max estimated delivery time.

a first production run has already been shipped out to mouser and the pre-orders
should be handled first before stock is shown. a second production run starts on
wednesday, with production runs following every two weeks there after. based on
the number of pre-orders, it is probably going to take at least 2 or 3 weeks for
all pre-orders to be filled...
