[MinnowBoard] EFIFMT and EFICHK tools not working in MinnowBoard UEFI

Hi All,
         Recently I tried formatting the SD card using EFIFMT.efi
application available from Intel. But it does-not print anything. However
Diskpart.efi is running successfully. On Debug build of Firmware it shows
that driver is loaded. That is the only log I see. This is same for
EFICHK.efi application too. Do they run on Minnowboard UEFI? Has anyone
tried it??
