[MinnowBoard] PORT80:POST codes in MinnowBoard UEFI

Vijai,
I would assume there are some MRC post codes, however UEFI does not have a
standard for progressive postcodes. While it supports outputting "Status"
codes to port80, these codes are mostly useless as they are simply
EFI_SUCCESS, EFI_UNSUPPORTED, etc. It is therefore very repetitive, and
pointless after the MRC.
There are ways to implement post codes in a more useful manner, however
they are usually vendor specific.
