[MinnowBoard] TV connect on minnowboard over HDMI

A lot of TVs use overscan which clips the perimeter, which is why a lot of
multimedia apps and games offer a screen adjustment to compensate. From what
I could tell in the picture, this looks like the case. Does this not happen
with other Linux devices connected to this same screen?
