Please note that elinux.org default timezone is set to
"America/Vancouver", i.e. Pacific TIme.  To set the your default
timezone, login, click preferences from the top right user tools link.
In Preferences, select the Appearance tab, then choose your timezone
from the Time Offset section.  Don't forget to scroll to the bottom of
the page and click Save.

This is useful when viewing Discussion threads, and other date
dependent pages such as Recent Changes.
