<div>I guess you are talking about J2 (SIP2_Fan). On my MinnowBoard Max RevA2 it is also inverted, Pin 1 =+5V and Pin2 = Ground. J5 (Switch Jumper) is connected as described (1=+5V, 2=Ground).</div>
<div>I guess the wiki is not correct/accurate (anymore). According to the schematics PDF there has been a rework for J2 moving +5V to Pin 1 (sheet 11). </div>

got my second board a few days ago... And got the same issue again, I use the j5 if I remember correct ( it is the supposed fan pin) but the pins are again inverted to what is said in the wiki. This time I burned my ssd because I am powering my with these pins. So maybe check whether the wiki is wrong or it is a frequent production failure.<br/>
