I wrote to Intel engineer and he tells that Intel ME 11.6 is more 
suitable because intel FITC is deprecated.
Is he right?
Intel ME 11.6 contains tool named FIT - Flash Image Tool. Is that what i 
need? If yes, how i can use it to change settings of PCI-E of customized 
image? When i trying to open compiled image from Stich directory i got 
eeror.
