[MinnowBoard] Minnownoard max design with Gerber fils and install it

Dear John

I test Keristal clock  and SPI FLASH clock .
but it have not output pulse.

Also i want to replace Soc but i have not stencil now.
Your opinion it is necessary replace Soc.
