[MinnowBoard] Boot order changing itself?

Is anyone noticing that the Minnowboard Turbot is changing boot order?  I have several times asked it to put the Miscellaneous device at the top of the order, asking it to save, then answering y for confirmation.  Thereafter it will boot in the order I request but this does not last too long.Jim
