[MinnowBoard] Aspirant for Outreachy Low Speed Lure Development Project

Hi John,

I am interested in participating in the next round of Outreachy with the
project "Low Speed Lure Development" with Minnowmax.

Let me know how to get started with this as I already have a Minnowmax
board.

P.S. - I am assuming Minnowmax would be participating in next round of
Outreachy Dec-2016 to March-2017 for which applications start in October.
