[MinnowBoard] firmware update requires new SD card install?

Upgrading the firmware may have removed the boot variable used to locate the OS installation.

If you can boot to the shell, then you should be able to launch the Linux loader from there. Each Linux installed will have a sub-directory under \EFI containing its loader. Example from my system:

Subject: [MinnowBoard] firmware update requires new SD card install?

hello,
i flashed a firmware update to a minnowboard turbot today going from 0.78 to 0.92 and after the flash the linux install on a SD card would not boot. i did not spend a bunch of time researching if this is to be expected so if it is i apologize for the post. but, would this be a normal thing? i was thinking maybe some kind of file allocation table structure might have change between the firmwares. thanks
