[MinnowBoard] How to power with an ATX PSU and control it

So you've mentioned that you've got an ATX power supply, and you have a
pci-e device?  What are you actually trying to do, as that might help us
understand what you are hooking up, and why you might need so much extra
power.  I suspect you are going to run into similar problems with almost
any small board computer, as the ATX power supply standard was meant for
desktops and servers, not for smaller embed-able platforms.
