[MinnowBoard] Minnowboard MAX maximum GPIO current draw

I wouldn't push more than 3-4ma through the pins.  You can likely get a
single LED to light up, but that's about it.  If you need more current
you would likely want to use a transistor and toggle that via the GPIO
line instead.
