Please open a bugzilla report for this.

You can revert via the same process that you upgrade, yes. There were some
worthwhile fixes in the .80 release, but if PXE is critical to your use
case and is non-functional, 0.71 as a stop-gap until upstream is fixed is
a reasonable approach.
