[MinnowBoard] no suitable video mode found booting in blind mode

Hi Ken,

i don't use mouse, keyboard and monitor, because i haven't the
HDMI<->microHDMI cable.
So i'm using the serial port (FDTI 232 3.3V, 4 wire).
The response are "yes it works", i'm able to enter in UEFI Interactive
Shell for all steps.
For the step 2, i'm able to see the device in the boot list (fs0), for the
step 3 i don't see the device in the list.
