[MinnowBoard] Micro-SD card performance

You're right, Micro-SD performance not only feels slow, it is incredibly
slow in reality. I benchmarked it with a speedy Sandisk Extreme Pro (95MB/s
read and up to 90MB/s write speed) and all it got was a measly 23MB/s -
21MB/s. Even my old 2012 laptop managed to pull 84MB/s - 72MB/s. I double
checked with another OS and got similar results.

Is the driver not running at full speed? I don't know, but these results
certainly suck.
