[MinnowBoard] Silverjaw mSATA + mPCIe lure available for MinnowBoard Max

Hi all,

good news ahead: a new Silverjaw lure is available for MinnowBoard Max which
gives us one mSATA and one mPCIe slot on the form factor of the MinnowBoard
Max. Basically, this is a Jetsam and a Flotsam lure, all in one. The
combination of both has been asked a couple of times here so I guess some of
you might be interested.

I have been testing a prototype of this lure and must say, it's pretty cool!
