[MinnowBoard] Is Minnowmax support Wake on Wireless Lan?

Hi guys,
     I had a intel 7260HMW card connected to the mini pcie slot on my
extension board(seacat lure reference design).
My goal is implement the Wake on Wireless Lan feature on minnowmax, let
the wifi card can wake up the system from S3.
but when the system go into S3, the power for mpcie(3.3v & 1.5v) was
shutdown by default,
any method can keep the power for mpcie during S3 state?
