[MinnowBoard] NIC Lure

Hi Dave,

When do you expect the NIC lure will be available?

And will the lure include one or two NICs?

I've been waiting for many months for it to become available for several
MAX-based prototypes I'm working on, and it's becoming a real problem for
me.
