[MinnowBoard] Programming flash

Robert,

i was the one that posted that information originally. i will make an attempt to
get the wiring info posted on the wiki this week. 

as a side note, i will also look into creating eagle files for an adapter board
to the flyswatter2 to make this easier...

if you haven't seen an update by this time next week give me another ping..
