[MinnowBoard] MAX at 90ºC

It looks like it should be throttling, it may just be to deal with your
video the CPU is spun up all the way (you'd have to check something like
top while it's playing).  You might want to see if va-api is available
for the video (using something like vlc or mpv), might help with the
temperature
