[MinnowBoard] MAX - HDMI to VGA connector

And I'm getting my Thiago's mixed up (sorry, I'm going to blame the
jetlag).  So I'll expound on that, if you happen to be in the Dusseldorf
area attending LinuxCon Europe / ELCE I've got an adapter, and a monitor
you can test with.
