[MinnowBoard] Minimal voltage

Hi,

Someone know what is the minimal voltage to supply the MinnowBoard MAX?

I'm going to use a UPS system and when the power goes down on the change
from the wall power to the battery the voltage goes down to something near
4.435v during the 10ms of the transition.
