[MinnowBoard] Export restriction of Minnowboard to some countries.

Hi Dave.

Thanks for your answer. I am located at Colombia-South America. It´s some
weird as I am purchasing chinese ARM boards from a US based reseller almost
every month. Besides that I have purchased the old Minnowboard and a Gizmo
kit few months ago without an issue. Our country even has a Free Trade
Agreement subscribed with US for the last two years.

By the way, I don't know if it is related with the supposed restriction,
but I just received an e-mail from Mouser (after we asked them why our
boards have been not shipped yet):

"Our apologies for this issue.  The manufacturer CircuitCo has not provided
the export information needed in order for Mouser Electronics to release
this product 595-MINNOWMAX-DUAL and the 595-SHARKSCOVE1.  We are awaiting
as CircuitCo has launched the products."
