[MinnowBoard] Bluetooth 4.0 LE on minnow board max

Morten,

sata3 can be easily added as a PCIe device via the high speed expansion 
connector.

usb is usb is usb. if a usb device is generically supported under linux 
(the one you linked to is), then it will work on MinnowMax (or any other 
system running linux)
