[MinnowBoard] Repeating "pch_gbe: Transfer Carrier Sense Error"message

I have not seen the Carrier Sense error on any of my boards with my Poky
test builds nor with Angstrom.

Does this message occur regardless of if an Ethernet cable is installed
and connected to a switch?

Does it occur at cold power on as well, a software reset, a hard reset?
